Groove+Fit is launching in Cardiff Central - Your Invited
We’re bringing a full hour of high-energy, feel-good grooves to the gym with a live DJ in the studio spinning the best 80s–90s throwbacks.
Expect easy-to-follow grooves, broken down so anyone can jump in, no dance experience needed. It’s all inspired by the way people used to dance for fun… at house parties, in clubs, in music videos.
It’s a feel good workout.
All abilities welcome.
If you’ve never danced or you live for a dance floor moment Groove+Fit is for you.
